Hunan Zhongda Energy-saving Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 and is located in Zhuanbukou Industrial Park, Chashan Town, Liling City, Hunan Province. Our company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, covers an area of 66,000 square meters, and has a construction area of 26,000 square meters.The company has been dedicated to manufacturing D-type multistage pumps, MD-type wear-resistant mining pumps, DG-type multistage boiler feed water pumps, MDP self-balancing wear-resistant multistage pumps, hot water circulation pumps for heat networks, double-case single-stage centrifugal pumps, stainless steel corrosion-resistant multistage pumps, water intake pump boats, and mobile pump trucks, providing professional services for water supply, environmental protection, mining, heating, chemical engineering, petroleum and other fields.The company is a certified enterprise of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with an annual production capacity of nearly 3,000 pumps per unit. Our company has 7 different types of manufacturing workshops. The production area is further divided into processing area, shipping area, assembly area, numerical control area, etc.

Test Center

Our company is equipped with a provincial-level rated second-level water pump test bench, which can measure various performance parameters of water pumps, such as whether the flow rate and head meet the standards, the decibels during the operation of the water pump, and the vibration frequency during the operation of the water pump, etc. Then, we can draw the performance curve of the water pump and test the energy consumption of the water pump.

Accessories Warehouse

The warehouse includes shaft sleeves, impellers, guide vanes, flanges, couplings, mechanical seals, balance discs, sealing rings, etc. All types of pump parts are complete and in stock and can be quickly dispatched for replacement!
