Product Introduction
In the rivers and lakes or reservoirs to build pumping stations, the most traditional way is to build pumping house, and then install pumps, valves, pipelines, control systems, etc. Its characteristics: long construction cycle, large workload, high cost of pumping stations, the greater the water level difference, the higher the cost of pumping stations; traditional pumping stations because the water inlet is fixed below the low water level, the water source is the bottom of the source water, high sand content, water inlet pipe sinks deep into the bottom, wasting materials, such as dirt blockage, discovery and cleanup is more difficult; pump station construction has great impact on the environment, low safety factor.
The design of floating pump station breaks through the structural mode of traditional fixed pump station, using the module floating boat designed by ship design theory and technology as the carrier to combine into a surface mobile pump station, which is a new type of equipment that can efficiently take water without the restriction of water level fluctuation, riverbed movement and high mountains and other geographical environment. Floating pump station is mainly composed of steel floating vessel, water intake system, control system, water pipeline and trestle. Floating pump station has high stability, which meets the design concept of normal operation of one tank inlet water and unsinkable three tank inlet pump station.

Product Features:
1. The floating pump station is assembled and connected, making production, transportation, and installation convenient and quick to meet various water intake sizes. The water system adopts advanced vacuum self-priming mode with energy-saving frequency conversion high and low voltage motor supporting double suction centrifugal pump composition.
2. The hull water pipeline system is connected to the fixed pier through special flexible joints, universal joints, and rotary joints to ensure that the floating pump station maintains pressure even when the water level changes.
3. The control system is intelligently designed for automatic operation and remote control with both remote and on-site switching functions.

Structural Characteristics
1.This pumping station is mainly connected to the rocker arm of the water delivery pipe through a rotary joint. The up and down rotation function is achieved by the rotary seat installed on the floating boat and the rotary seat of the shore pier.
2. A rotary joint is a connection and sealing device that inputs fluid medium from a stationary pipeline into rotating or reciprocating equipment and then discharges it from the rotary joint. It is composed of an inner sleeve, a sealing seat outer sleeve, flexible graphite packing, a combination of nuts, bolts and compression springs, and a packing gland, and is equipped with corresponding balls.

Scope of Application
1. The product features a compact structure, flexible rotation, zero leakage, low maintenance and many other advantages, and is widely used in pumping station water intake, petrochemical, power, metallurgy, textile, construction and other fields.
2.Rotary joint rocker arm type pumping station, the diameter of the rocker arm water supply pipe is ≤1200mm, and the hull is anchored and positioned.
3. The water level drop is no more than 20 meters, and the pedestrian trestle is directly installed on the rocker arm water supply pipe.
4. The water supply volume and the head of the water pump can be determined according to the user's requirements.
Configuration Introduction

Hull Material
The material of the hull can be CCSB Marine steel plate and Q235B ordinary steel plate. If there are special requirements, steel plates of other numbers can also be selected according to the on-site conditions.

Rocker Arms and Pipes
The size and length of the rocker arm are determined based on the on-site usage conditions. The size of the water supply pipeline is confirmed according to the overall flow rate. The length of the rocker arm is confirmed by the on-site geological conditions and the rise and fall of water levels

Pump Type
Based on the water intake volume of the project and the head of the water pump, the types of water pumps that can be selected include split-case pumps, pipeline pumps, multistage pumps, etc.

Water Pump Control Valve
The pipe and valve system can be equipped with corresponding manual or electric valves according to the actual usage conditions, including butterfly valves, gate valves, multi-functional water pump control valves, etc

Steering Movement
The steering joint can ensure that the pump boat can move in both horizontal and vertical directions under changes in water flow or water level, while also ensuring the stability of the pump boat. The steering joint adopts a pressurized seal with liquid filling material and ensures the tightness of the seal. The maximum pressure is 4MPa, ensuring that the joint can operate stably, safely and economically continuously for no less than 10,000 hours within the usage range, and preventing leakage during the operation of the joint.

Automation Control System
The control of equipment such as pumps, electric valves and vacuum systems on the pump ship can all be centrally controlled on board or in the shore distribution room. The system can realize the automatic interlock switching between the working pump and the standby pump.
The start and stop operations of the water pump are simple, reliable, safe and convenient. The entire ship's electromechanical system adopts an automatic control system. The start and stop of the water pump is automatically based on the water level height of the reservoir, which can reduce the number of operating personnel.

Lifting Device
The ship is equipped with lifting devices and gantry frames, aiming to facilitate the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment and subsequent maintenance and replacement. The parameters of the lifting devices are determined based on the weight of the mechanical and electrical equipment.
