The XR -type hot water circulating pump is a specialized pump designed for hot water delivery in industrial and civil applications. Product Introduction


The XR type high-temperature hot water circulating pump is designed according to API610 and VDMA24297 (light/medium-duty) specifications. It is a replacement for the original R type hot water circulating pump, characterized by a high degree of serialization, standardization, and versatility. The pump boasts advanced performance, stable operation, and reliable safety. New structures and materials were incorporated into its design and production.

 The pump body is mainly made of cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel (304/316). The impellers are made of brass or stainless steel, and the seals are suitable for high-temperature working conditions (such as graphite-silicon carbide mechanical seals). Most motors are three-phase asynchronous motors, and some models can be equipped with variable-frequency motors (VFD-compatible) to meet the requirements of speed regulation and energy saving. This series of pumps features a compact structure, being of single-suction and overhung type, with horizontal axial suction and vertical upward discharge. Most of them are horizontally installed, which facilitates integration into existing pipeline systems and enables easy maintenance, complying with industrial standardized installation specifications.

1. Civil Building Sector: Suitable for the centralized heating circulation systems in residential districts, hotels and office buildings, it is responsible for the circulating transportation of hot water between boilers and indoor radiators/underfloor heating pipes. Meanwhile, it can be applied to domestic hot water circulation systems to solve the problem of excessive cold water discharge when hot water taps are turned on and improve the water usage experience. In addition, it is also compatible with solar hot water systems and air-source heat pump hot water circulation systems.

Industrial production: In industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing, it is used for process hot water circulation, including temperature control of reaction kettles and hot water transportation in production line heat exchange systems. In the textile and printing and dyeing industries, it can be applied to hot water circulation of dye vats and temperature regulation of setting machines. Meanwhile, it is also suitable for waste heat recovery systems in power plants and steel mills to realize the recycling and reuse of hot water.
