 The self-balancing multistage high-pressure boiler feed pump with cooling device is designed to meet user needs and accelerate the development of high-pressure multistage pump technology. It incorporates advanced technologies from similar foreign products and is developed according to the APII 610 standard. It features high efficiency and energy saving, a wide performance range, good cavitation performance, safe and stable operation, low noise, few vulnerable parts, and convenient installation and maintenance.

 

 

The DGP - type self-balancing boiler feed pump (equipped with a cooling device) innovates on the traditional multistage segmental structure by eliminating the balancing mechanisms of conventional multi-stage centrifugal pumps—such as balancing discs or balance drums. Without these components, there is no disc friction or balance leakage loss, resulting in pump efficiency significantly higher than that of similar old-style multi-stage pumps. It also resolves various faults caused by balancing device failures, including wear of the balancing disc and its seat, or rotor seizure. This significantly extends the pumps service life. The fault-free operation time is many times longer than that of ordinary pumps. The maintenance cost for users is greatly reduced, thereby lowering the maintenance cost for the pumps lifespan. Years of operation have proven that this products performance reaches the advanced level of similar international products.

 

 

The DGP type self-balancing boiler feed pump (with cooling device) is used for conveying media with solid particles not exceeding 2% (particle size less than 1m) and a solid concentration less than 5% Wt. It is suitable for conveying clean water or other liquids with similar physicochemical properties

to clean water at a temperature≤105℃. By changing the pump material (or the material of the pumps flow-through components), sealing method, and adding a cooling system, it can also be used to convey hot water at a temperature≤210℃, oils, corrosive media, or media containing abrasives. Pump materials include HT200, OT600, 304, 304L, 316L, 317L, 904L, and CD4 for users to choose from.
