Water flotation pump, welded and cast with meticulous craftsmanship
The daily water intake capacity of the floating water intake vessel reaches the level of one million tons and it will serve the key national water resources allocation project. The construction difficulties of it lie not only in its huge scale and complex ship pump integrated system, but more importantly, the core challenges are concentrated on the processing and manufacturing of the "dissimilar steel welded structure" and the "underwater part sealing pressure-bearing weld seam". The hull must simultaneously meet the structural strength requirements for deep-water operations, the durability against long-term water flow corrosion, and the extremely low vibration requirements during the operation of the pumping system.
